In a bowl, whisk together the cream, sweetened condensed milk, orange liqueur and vanilla extract.
Whisk together 1/2 cup of the cream mixture with the orange juice, then pour into the popsicle molds.
Whisk together the remaining cream mixture with the pureed strawberries. Pour into the popsicle molds, letting the orange layer and strawberry layer swirl together a bit.
Place the lid on your popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze the creamsicles until solid, about 6-8 hours. Once frozen through, unmold the creamsicles. Wrap the creamsicles individually in wax paper, then store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
